Scott Koljonen is a Boston-based pianist, coach, accompanist, and music director. Originally from Montana, Scott came to the East Coast to pursue a post graduate degree at the Longy School of Music. Since finishing, he has immersed himself in Boston’s musical scene, working for and collaborating with such institutions as the Longy School of Music, Boston Conservatory, New England Conservatory, and, most recently, Boston University. In addition to his work as a classical pianist, Scott has extensive experience as a music director for Musical Theater. Most summers find him traveling back out west for a few months to music direct at various summer stock theaters. Outside of music, Scott likes to write, drink coffee, and build things out of wood. His favorite month is October and he likes the color mustard.
