Victoria Bartolomeo

Soprano Victoria Bartolomeo holds degrees from Longy School of Music with a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lebanon Valley College.

Ms. Bartolomeo's partial roles include: Ilia in Idomeneo, Blanche in Dialogues of the Carmelites, and the Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte. In April of 2014, she performed in MetroWest Opera's production of Hansel & Gretel. In September of 2017, Victoria sang the role of Dodo in The Merry Widow by Franz Lehar with Worcester Schubertiade.

Moreover, Ms. Bartolomeo has experience as a recitalist. During her Master's Degree Recital, Victoria performed selections from Georg Friedrich Händel's Neun Deutschen Arien, and selections from Ralph Vaughan William's Along the Field, composed for voice and violin. In October of 2014, Ms. Bartolomeo presented vocal selections by Boston-based composer Salvatore Arnò (1884-1963).

During voice lessons, Victoria goes into more depth than just teaching songs to students; she guides students in improving their vocal quality, range, and abilities. In addition to improving each person's vocal technique, Ms. Bartolomeo's instruction guides students in improving their ability to read music and to learn songs on their own time. This trait, combined with increasing their vocal capabilities, allows students to join select vocal groups and enables them to participate in District Choir.
