Love Suites
Join pianist Shalun Li and soprano Hannah Shanefield in a PRIDE celebration! We are thrilled to present this recital of instrumental and vocal chamber works all by queer composers. Donations will be split with The Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth (BAGLY).
The program features the works of Leonard Bernstein, Benjamin Britten, Aaron Copland, Jennifer Higdon, Ethel Smyth, and two young, local composers: Laura Nevitt and Daniel Rosenberg.
BAGLY is a youth-led, adult-supported organization committed to social justice, and creating, sustaining and advocating for programs, policies and services for the LGBTQ+ youth community.
