BSR welcomes certified Alexander Technique teacher Katie Beckvold for a 90-minute online workshop Saturday, May 9 from 10:00-11:30

During this Zoom class, we are able to discuss and learn how we can interact with ourselves and others, in this new world we are living in, whether it be in an online audition, an online class for school, an email exchange or a phone/video conference call. 

Alexander Technique has many benefits for singers (and others) including stress and tension reduction, simple and efficient communication, and regained control.

Katie Beckvold is certified from The Boston Conservatory in Alexander Technique and a member of Alexander Technique International.  She has a great wealth of experience teaching lessons in person and online for individuals. Katie has also taught classes and given workshops to the following communities:
