Boston Chapter: LA Music Industry Audition Package for Singers

The Boston location of the LA Music Industry program is currently accepting applicants for its Singers Audition Package. Participants will have their arias or songs recorded by Boston Ballet’s very own A/V engineer, Billy Jewell, and supervised by Grammy winning mix/master engineer Ariel Chobaz. This program is happening at the Somerville Music Spaces.

Singers will prepare two pieces for audio and video recording, attend masterclasses with Kirsten Chambers (Metropolitan Opera, ) and Stratagem Artist Manager, Justin Werner. They will be covering topics such as vocal technique, auditioning, current changes in the opera industry, and media presence.

Tristan Leung (DMA ‘25 Collaborative Piano at New England Conservatory) will be playing repertoire for recordings and masterclasses. Aside from the recordings, participants will have the option to receive a resume review.
