Karina Stribley

Karina is currently an MFA Musical Theater Vocal Pedagogy candidate at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2022. She is honored to be part of the inaugural class for a program that is one of a kind. Karina understands the vocal demands and technique required of Broadway professionals. Looking to free up your belt? Prepare for upcoming auditions? Have you trained in opera, but want to better understand contemporary technique? You're in the right place!

Originally from Ann Arbor, MI, Karina attended the University of Michigan for her B.M. in Voice Performance/Opera. Before moving to Boston, she lived in Chicago and taught private lessons, sang with several professional choral ensembles, performed in regional productions, and directed after-school theater. As someone who has a background in both musical theater and classical singing, she is passionate about building bridges between vocal styles--while honoring the differing aesthetics and industry demands of each genre.

Karina is interested in working collaboratively with her students, helping them to achieve their individual goals, and enabling singers to sing joyfully. Singing should be cathartic, healing, and fun! If you're interested in learning more, go to karinastribley.com or email karina.stribley.voice@gmail.com to set up a free initial consultation.
