Coro Allegro presents: Coro Cabaret

Ever wonder what happens when Coro Allegro’s singers step out from the risers and into the spotlight? Coro Cabaret, our cozy midwinter fundraiser, is all about connection, laughter, and Queer joy. Come mingle with Coro singers and enjoy an afternoon of solo and small-ensemble performances—each one chosen and performed by the singers themselves.

Expect an eclectic mix of music, plenty of personality, sweet and savory treats, warm drinks, and intimate cabaret-style seating that brings you right into the fun.

We’re especially thrilled to feature a special performance by Coro Allegro Board member Thomas Jones, a beloved and well-known baritone whose appearance makes this joyful gathering even more special.

Coro Cabaret takes place at Christ Church Cambridge in Harvard Square, just a five-minute walk from the T, with street parking and a reasonably priced parking garage nearby.

Proceeds support Coro Allegro’s mission to present choral music of the highest caliber while creating affirming, inclusive musical spaces where LGBTQ+ singers and audiences can truly feel at home.
