Instruments of Peace: A Christmas Celebration

As we celebrate this season of peace, we commemorate the legacy of one of its greatest proponents, St. Francis of Assisi, as well as honor the memory of his namesake, the late Pope Francis. Join the chorus, four soloists and orchestra for our performance of Michael Haydn"s "Mass of St. Francis", a work full of beautiful solos and majestic choruses. Also on the program is a suite of choruses from the "Czech Christmas Mass" by Jakub Jan Ryba, a folk-inspired narrative of the Christmas story. As is our tradition, our audience will have the opportunity to join the chorus and orchestra for several sing-along carols!
