Teaching Beyond Control: Building Trust, Belonging, and Brilliance

New England Conservatory

The Teaching Artistry@ NEC Workshop Series is back! NEC will host eight public-facing workshops this year in conjunction with the new Institute for Teaching Artistry. These workshops feature clinicians covering a broad range of topics and artistic practices across the teaching artistry field; all are free and open to the public in a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. More information about the specific workshops in the series and how to register can be found on the NEC website.

Our first workshop will feature NEC alumna, former CPP Teaching Fellow, and Boston Public Schools educator Stephanie Muñoz ’15 MM ’17 GD, who will present “Teaching Beyond Control: Building Trust, Belonging, and Brilliance,” focusing on classroom management and nurturing potential. The workshop will take place in person in Burnes Hall and virtually on Zoom on Wednesday, October 29th, from 7-9pm. You can learn more and register for the workshop here.
