Voices of Water

Nightingale Vocal Ensemble

On March 12, 14, and 15, Nightingale Vocal Ensemble presents Voices of Water, an evening of choral works exploring the aquatic and maritime history of Massachusetts. The program explores how water literally and figuratively shaped every aspect of the Commonwealth’s geology, economy, and society. Combining traditional and contemporary works, Nightingale Vocal Ensemble aims to reveal just how vital this precious resource is to our lives past, present, and future. Voices of Water will feature seven world premiere arrangements and original works by Elijah Botkin, Joshua Glassman, David Brown, Laura Nevitt, and Nathan Halbur.
