White Raven, Black Dove
White Snake Projects
White Raven, Black Dove is an original work of science fiction using live performance, computer generated images and animation to explore two issues consuming America today – race and climate change.
Through Raven and Dove, two birds with mythological significance in Norse, Asian, Judeo-Christian, Indigenous and other cultures, we are immersed in a dystopian world after the Sixth Extinction, a climate devastation accelerated by human action, and find ways to come together to build a new world.
In this era of “two” Americas, Raven reaches both Americas through engaging, contemporary music theater.
Performances:
Friday, September 26th at 8pm
Saturday, September 27th at 7:30pm
Sunday, September 28th at 2:00pm
Tickets are Pay What You Can
